We are pleased to advise that our new CNC machine is now operational. With our experienced operator, we can produce any shape to your drawing to your exact dimensions.

Bespoke table-tops, Shower Doors, Curves and cut-outs are all part of the CNC's capabilities up to a thickness of 19mm.

Glass for Balustrade, Armour Doors, this is all part of our set up at Corby.

 

Horizontal Drill

With our new horizontal drill, we can drill holes up to max 100mm in thickness up to 25mm.

The drill is mainly used for drilling 10mm glass for balustrade work and also mirrors.

It is semi-automatic with front and rear drilling with a perfect finish.

 

Shaped Beveller

Our Bavelloni SB15 shaped beveller allows us to produce high quality finishing on circles, ovals and radius corners on glass up to 19mm thick.

 

 

Straight Line Polishing

With our Schatti straight line edger, we can produce perfect polished edges for Mirror work and Glass Table tops etc…
